Agricultural tradition

The farm is located in Peveragno, an area renowned for its products with genuine and authentic flavours: starting from this assumption, our production aims to preserve this simple and natural reality by choosing to adopt those products which derive notes of freshness and excellence.

Production is based on agricultural tradition, promoting biodiversity through crop rotation and abstaining from the use of chemical treatments that would damage the naturalness that we aim to preserve.

We have a wide range of dehydrated products such as fruit, vegetables, flowers and aromatic herbs, risottos, soups and ground soups, 70% of which come directly from our crops.

OUR WORKS

“Cold” drying

They take place within our laboratory located in Beinette.

The "cold" drying process is an innovative method that allows fruit, vegetables, flowers and aromatic herbs to maintain all their organoleptic properties as if they were freshly picked.

The "cold" drying process consists of removing only water from fresh products, using dry air at a temperature never higher than 35-40 C°, so as not to damage their intrinsic properties and intensify their flavour. real.

Dried vegetables are very useful in the preparation of tasty dishes: from appetizers to first courses, from second courses to side dishes and in any case in the way that everyone deems most appropriate, since it can be used exactly like its fresh version with the difference that it does not the hassle of washing, cutting and cleaning, you just need to rehydrate it in a liquid medium which can be water, milk, eggs.

As for fruit, in addition to being a snack suitable for everyone because it has no added sugar, it can also be used in the preparation of desserts, ice cream, cakes and cocktails or in yogurt together with dried fruit or cereals.

Dehydrated products are highly innovative products, suitable for both families and larger businesses such as restaurants, hotels and catering: in fact we can define them as "ready to use" products.
